What is PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 Hiring Incentive?
PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 is an enhancement to the Hiring Incentive Programme that has been carried out prior to this. All hiring starting 15 June 2021 are eligible to apply for PenjanaKerjaya 3.0

Who is eligible to apply for PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 Hiring Incentive?
- Employers from all industries registered with SOCSO except sole proprietorship employers :
- Employers registered with SSM before 1 January 2021 or other authorities such as ROS, ROB, Local Authorities etc
- Public sector employers, federal and state statutory bodies, statutory bodies with separate remuneration scheme, local authorities (PBT), are eligible for the Apprenticeship category
- Employees who are eligible for PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 are as follows:
- Beneficiaries of the Employee Insurance Scheme
- Individuals including graduates who are unemployed for more than 180 days
- Individuals who have never contributed to SOCSO
- People with Disabilities (PWDs)
- Participants of the Return to Work (RTW) Programme
- Ex-inmates
- The Hardcore Poor

How to apply for PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 Hiring Incentive?
- The application date for the PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 incentive is 15 July 2021 to 31 December 2021
- The required documents to apply for PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 are as follows:
- Employer's bank account information (copy of the front page of the Bank Statement with employer's name, bank account number, and bank’s name);
- Employer’s business registration number verified by the bank (Business Registration Number - BRN);
- Employee Verification Form signed by the employee;
- Employee’s bank account information (copy of the front page of the Bank Statement with employee’s name, bank account number, identity card number, and bank’s name);
- Documents that need to be submitted if requested by SOCSO officers:
- Certificate / Self-declaration by the employer if the employee belongs to the vulnerable group (listed in Table 1 in the PenjanaKerjaya 3.0 Hiring Incentive FAQ).
- Contract of service for the new employee(s) (a copy must be kept as proof).
- Statutory Declaration Form
- Proof of contribution to the EPF for newly hired employees
- Employers may apply and check their application status at the PenjanaKerjaya Portal
